Does True Marqet Ship Internationally?

No, we currently only ship to the United States. This is subject to change in 2025.

Which model will fit my fridge?

There are thousands of models out there. Our product descriptions include common compatible models. This is not an exclusive list, so please search for your model online or contact us and we will help.

What happens if it doesn't fit my fridge?

We guarantee a perfect fit or free return for a refund/replacement. This includes returns due to a defect or if an incorrect item was sent by us that does not match the listing. The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense in all other cases, but you will still receive a full refund upon returning.

How often should I replace my refrigerator water filter?

While it depends on the specific model and usage, a good rule of thumb is every 6 months. Check your refrigerator manual for further details.

How do I know the filters will produce results?

Our filters are certified by world leading 3rd party testing company, NSF. NSF 42 certification is a standard proving filters reduce contaminants affecting the water's appearance, smell, and taste.
