We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: 1. In the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging; or 2. Opened but defective. You can always contact us for any return questions at retail@truemarqet.com. 

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at retail@truemarqet.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11900 Stonehollow Drive, STE 1328, Austin, Texas, 78758. 

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 7 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at retail@truemarqet.com.

 

Order Cancellation Eligibility:

If the order is still being processed and fulfillment has not been initiated, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order has already begun fulfillment and you do not want your order, you must wait until the package arrives to start the return process. Please call or email us at retail@truemarqet.com to initiate a cancellation request or if you have any questions.

Damages, Issues or Wrong Product:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us at retail@truemarqet.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will provide a replacement free of charge with shipping paid by us. Or if you prefer, we will provide a return label at our expense and issue a refund upon receiving your return. Guaranteed fit, or free return.

Lost in Transit Orders

If our shipping carrier fails to deliver your order to the provided address, we will fully refund you.

Each product description lists some common compatible filters and appliances. This is not an exclusive list, so please search for your model online or contact us and we will help.

We guarantee our models fit the correct appliances. If not, free return and refund.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

We guarantee a perfect fit or free return for a refund/replacement. This includes returns due to a defect or if an incorrect item was sent by us that does not match the listing. The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense if the customer simply changed their mind or if they mistakenly purchased the wrong model.

While it depends on the specific model and usage, a good rule of thumb is every 6 months. Check your refrigerator manual for further details.
