Shipping policy
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders. Expedited 1-2 day shipping is always $9.99.
SHIPPING TIME AND DESTINATIONS: Orders typically take 3-5 days after being handed to carrier for standard shipping. Expedited shipping typically takes 1-2 days after handed off to carrier. We currently do not ship outside of the United States. Your order may be shipped with the following shipping parties: UPS, USPS, Fedex, Ontrac and more.
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and some holidays) to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!
ORDER CUTOFF TIME: 6PM (CT) each business day.
DAMAGES, ISSUES OR WRONG PRODUCT: Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us at retail@truemarqet.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will provide a replacement free of charge with shipping paid by us. Or if you prefer, we will provide a return label at our expense and issue a refund upon receiving your return. Guaranteed fit, or free return.
LOST IN TRANSIT ORDERS: If our shipping carrier fails to deliver your order to the provided address, we will fully refund you.
CANCELATIONS: If the order is still being processed and fulfillment has not been initiated, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order has already begun fulfillment and you do not want your order, you must wait until the package arrives to start the return process. Please call or email us at retail@truemarqet.com to initiate a cancellation request or if you have any questions.
